Community Support Specialist (CSS) – MHCSS
Help individuals build independence and life skills through one-on-one, community-based support.
Requirements include:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field with relevant experience (or equivalent)
- Active registration as a QMHP, QMHP-T, QPPMH
- CPR/First Aid certification, valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to pass background and drug screenings
Direct Support Specialist (DSS) – PSR
Support adults in developing social, daily living, and wellness skills in a group-based setting.
Requirements include:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field with relevant experience (or equivalent)
- Active registration as a QMHP, QMHP-T, QPPMH, or Peer Support certification
- CPR/First Aid certification, valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to pass background and drug screenings
Additional roles:
- Primary Care: Nurse Practitioners (NPs)
- Psychiatric Services: Nurse Practitioners (NPs)
- Counseling: Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs), Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs)
- Administrative Support
- Clinical & Business Internships
